Our story
Fowler CV Partners was founded by a physician still in the middle of his own training — a cardiology fellow who kept watching the same problem play out: talented cardiologists not knowing where to start or who to look to for guidance, and health systems settling for candidates who looked right on paper but weren't the right fit in practice.
We started FCP to fix that. Every search we run is shaped by firsthand knowledge of what training, subspecialty focus, and practice environment actually mean for a cardiologist's career — because we've lived it.
FCP is a true partnership: our founder leads the clinical side of every search, while our team runs day-to-day operations, keeping every search organized, responsive, and moving.
We're a small firm by design. That means every candidate and every client gets direct attention — not a form letter and a database match.
What We Believe
Fit matters more than credentials. A strong CV doesn't guarantee a strong match.
Recruiting should extend past placement day. We stay engaged through the first year.
Cardiology is not generalist medicine — and recruiting for it shouldn't be either.
